- No impact on customer throughput
- Can be integrated with barcode scanners
A Deactivator is used to deactivate RF EAS labels that have been applied to products. When goods are purchased the Deactivator at the Point of Sale deactivates any RF EAS labels on the products so the detection systems on the exits do not alarm.
Easitag's compact and reliable Deactivation Stations blend seamlessly with point of sale procedures and enable instantaneous and easy deactivation of EAS labels. Installed discreetly with your barcode scanner the Easitag Deactivators provide the facility to ensure the EAS labels are rendered inactive whilst you scan/read product barcodes, all with a "single pass"
Additionally, the Easitag Deactivators can detect and advise when non-deactivatable labels and hard tags are present.
